Despite our superior numbers this time and some good performances, Sutton R took the honours. 103 pts to make up in the second leg on 14th July at Nonsuch Park. Quite a margin to make up but you never know.

Many thanks to Sutton R for organising this away leg at Nonsuch Park over an excellent course, and arranging a good meal for afterwards. Collingwood managed to get a few of the faster runners out tonight to pinch the win for this leg, and overall. Final points were: Collingwood 1291, Sutton 1304.

A great time was had by all despite some problems with some of our friends from Sutton going off route. I guess we need some course markers for next time. Despite that, Sutton took the top few places and overall honours. Well done to Sutton Runners and we look forward to the away leg at Nonsuch Park on Thur 8 July at 7pm on a course of around 5.3 miles. Food is being arranged at a pub near the course.
